Brass Quintet with optional Organ & Timpani

Christ the Lord Is Risen Today (Easter Hymn)
by Charles Wesley & John Baptist Walsh
arr. Zack Smith
Price: $15

Transposed parts can be ordered.

This is Zack's take on the most often-played Easter hymn.  It begins with a short intro, then runs through the melody three times with brief interludes between each verse.  The first verse is a fairly standard harmonization, the second is much more modern, and the last verse is sort of Zack's tribute to the Rutter version.  There are additional timpani and organ parts which are not necessary, but will work well if you want to include the whole ensemble in the performance.  Runs 2 and a half minutes.
