A march style rendition of this Americana folk song classic  with Trumpet 1 melody on verse 1.  Verse 2 has trumpet obbligato part over the melody in trombone then switching to horn.  That's followed by an interlude containing a quote from "America the Beautiful".  Trumpets rest on verse 3 while trombone plays melody.  Back to trumpet 1 melody on the final verse with a bouncier accompaniment followed by a rousing coda.
